Should you need to cancel your trip prior to its commencement due to personal circumstances, please inform your travel advisor via email at your earliest convenience. Upon receipt of your formal email, we will acknowledge your cancellation and initiate the refund process effective from that date.
If you cancel your reservation 4 weeks or more before your scheduled arrival date, We will issue a full refund of your payment; however, a 1.5% administrative fee based on the total quoted price will be applied.
If you cancel your reservation 2-4 weeks before your scheduled arrival date, we will still refund your full payment, but you will be charged a 5% administrative fee on the total quoted price.
If you cancel your reservation 1-2 weeks before your scheduled arrival date, we will refund 80% of the quoted price. Should you cancel within one week of your scheduled arrival, we will provide a refund of only 50% of the quoted price.
Additionally, the ground transportation, international flights, hotels, restaurants, and attraction services we have booked for you in your travel destination may incur fees for cancellations, which will be your responsibility to pay.
