1.Payment Channels

You can complete the payment through two payment channels, wire transfer and PayPal online payment. Both of these payment channels are convenient, quick, and secure. We recommend that you prioritize wire transfer payment, as it’s a more cost-effective method for international payment transactions.

2. Confirmation of Payment Information

Your dedicated tour advisor, rather than anyone else, will send you our payment request and bank account information via email when you make a reservation.

3. Quotations and International Currency Exchange Rates

We quote prices based on the real-time exchange rates of international currencies on the day of the quote. In the spirit of fairness and transparency, the quoted price will no longer be affected by fluctuations in international currency exchange rates once it is finally confirmed.

4. Payment Options

Depending on your reservation date and planned arrival time, there are two payment options available to you. A. When your scheduled arrival time is within one month (i.e., 30 days) of your reservation date, you will typically need to pay in full. We need sufficient time to arrange your guide and transportation and the other things in advance to ensure a smooth trip. This becomes especially important during the peak tourist season at the destination.
B. When your itinerary reaches the date beyond one month (i.e., 30 days) from the reservation date, you’re required to pay a 25% of the total travel plan cost as a deposit to complete your reservation, and ensure that the remaining balance is settled within three weeks (i.e., 21 days) before your scheduled arrival at the destination. It is important to remind that if the remaining balance is not paid by the agreed-upon date, will result in the cancellation of your reservation, and the deposit paid will not be refunded. Of course, your tour advisor will remind you of the payment in advance to avoid any unnecessary inconvenience.
C. In any case, it is undoubtedly welcomed to complete the payment in full to secure the reservation.
