Cycling to immerse yourself in the stunning scenery of Guilin.
If you prefer to explore Guilin's unique natural scenery and local cultural atmosphere at your own pace and in your own way, cycling will allow you to see different scenery from the usual tourist routes and give you the most immediate and immersive travel experience.
This five-day tour invites you and your friends to start from Guilin and cycle along the Li River to Yangshuo. Special sightseeing and activities are arranged for each day of the cycling trip. Follow your professional cycling guide as you ride through the towering karst peaks, blowing the gentle breeze, you will encounter the most beautiful rural areas of southern China.

We will make a stop at the ancient towns of Daxu and Xingping along the way. Daxu ancient Town is one of the four most beautiful ancient towns in Guangxi province in China. Along the way, you will see local farmers planting rice using traditional Chinese methods.
The cycling route is less-traveled, immerse yourself in Guilin's unique karst scenery.

The entire journey is not just about cycling. In Xingping, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Li River and the karst peak forest from the top of Xianggong Mountain. In Yangshuo, you can experience the drifting down the Yulong River on a bamboo raft.
Itinerary Overview
This is a personalized Guilin tourism plan, and here is a suggested itinerary. We are glad to customize a tour according to your interests.
Day 1 Guilin arrival.
When you arrive at Guilin airport or railway station, your private guide with a private vehicle has already prepared to meet you at the arrivals hall of the airport or the exit of the railway station. Your guide he driver will escort you to your reserved hotel by private car, then assist you check in.
Day 2 Guilin to Xingping, Start from Daxu Ancient Towm
Cycling Distance: 47 km
Cycling Time: 4-5 hours
Daxu Ancient Town is located by the Li River, about 20 kilometers away from the city center of Guilin. It used to be a bustling and lively town, with the passage of time, the town's prosperity faded away. Houses in the town made of clay and wood lining the street have been preserved in good condition. It's worth spending 1-2 hours here to explore at your leisure.
In the morning, your professional cycling guide and private driver will take you to Daxu Ancient Town. Discover it, and then start your cycling trip from Daxu to Xingping Ancient Town along the east bank of the Li River. You will pass through several local villages, farmers' fruit gardens, rice fields and the scenic Xitang Reservoir.
After arriving in Xingping Town, continue cycling or walking to explore the Li River, which has many very worthwhile sights.
Tonight you will stay at a selected hotel in Xingping, and your luggage will be delivered to the hotel by your private driver in advance.
Day 3 Xingping to Yangshuo, Go to Xianggong Hill before you leave.
Cycling Distance: 47 km
Cycling Time: 4-5 hours
Waking up in the peaceful morning light of the small town, have breakfast, and then cycle a short distance along the Li River to reach the foot of Xianggong Mountain. Take a short break here. Climb to the top of Xianggong Mountain, where you'll have a panoramic view of the natural scenery. If the weather is favorable, and if you don't mind getting up early, I strongly recommend climbing to the top of the mountain in the early morning, as the view will be unparalleled.
After descending the mountain, continue cycling through a huge forest of karst peaks before arriving in Yangshuo.
Tonight you will stay at a selected hotel in Yangshuo, and your luggage will be delivered to the hotel by your private driver in advance.
Day 4 Yangshuo, cycling through the countryside along the Yulong River.
Cycaling Time: 5-6 hours (freely)
In the morning, take a short transfer from your hotel to avoid the town traffic, and begin cycling by the Yulong River, which is the most beautiful tributary of the Li River. Starting from Fuli Bridge, explore the stunning Yulong River valley, passing three picturesque local villages.
Cycling along the Yulong River is very relaxing, just enjoying the scenery, you don't have to stick to a fixed route or time, and you can stop and continue whenever you feel like it.
After lunch at the Yulong River scenic area, you can take a break and experience the bamboo rafting on the Yulong River.
Stay overnight at a boutique homestay in the Yulong River scenic area, where the ride concludes.
Day 5 Guilin Departure
