Cheonjiyeon Waterfall


Cheonjiyeon Waterfall is one of the top ten famous scenic spots on Jeju Island. It is among the mountain forests and cliffs in Seogwipo City, which is in the south of Jeju Island. This waterfall is hidden in the lush temperate forest and cascades in three stages. The first stage of the waterfall plunges from a great height into a natural pool 21 meters deep, with a grand momentum. Then the water flow becomes gentle and passes through the second and third stages of the waterfall before finally flowing into the sea.

There is a beautiful walking path from Seogwipo City to Cheonjiyeon Waterfall, which is about 1.5 kilometers long. Along this path, there are several rest areas where tourists can stop and rest.
