Welcome to Japan. You will arrive at Kansai International Airport, the sea-based airport of Osaka, and set foot on this land. Meet your driver at the airport and then take a private car to your hotel to check in and settle your luggage.
After that, you can arrange the rest of the day as you like and get ready for tomorrow's itinerary.
Today's itinerary starts with your local guide to Osaka Castle. The existing Osaka Castle was rebuilt on the site of the original Osaka Castle from 1620 to 1629. It is generally believed that the Donjon of Osaka Castle is a symbol of Japanese castles.
The rest of the afternoon is at your disposal. We suggest you visit Kobe, where you can explore the Nada Sake District, one of Japan's top sake-producing areas, and the Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum. You can also wander around the Kobe Port area. If one dish could represent this city, it would undoubtedly be Kobe beef. So be sure to try it.
After breakfast, we will take private car to Himeji City, which is about 95 kilometers away from Osaka, to visit Himeji Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is one of the most beautiful, well-preserved and representative castles in the hearts of the Japanese people. Due to its bright white appearance, which looks like an elegant egret spreading its wings in flight, it is playfully called the White Egret Castle.
After the tour, we will take a high-speed train to Hiroshima City, which will take about an hour to arrive.
This city, which was reborn from the ruins of World War II, integrates historical relics from ancient and modern times. In the morning, we will first head to a small island by the sea: Miyajima. The Itsukushima Shrine on the island is built on the water's edge and seems to float on the water during high tide. The large torii gate standing in the sea is a unique cultural wonder. In 1996, this shrine and the primeval forest behind it were listed as World Heritage Sites by UNESCO.
Visit the Peace Memorial Museum in the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park, which commemorates the tragic history of the atomic bomb explosion here during World War II. The Atomic Bomb Dome, which retains its appearance after the war, conveys the significance of world peace to peace lovers all over the world to this day.
After the tour, stay overnight in Hiroshima.
With the arrival of the Shinkansen train, step into the thousand-year-old city of Kyoto, which is a cultural symbol of Japan.
Adjust the pace of your trip today, so you're in charge all the time.
Why not wander around historic Gion area for a chance encounter with well-dressed geisha? If you want to get a closer look at geisha culture, we can help you book a wonderful geisha show and traditional tea ceremony according to your requirements.
Your day will start with a visit to Kiyomizu-dera Temple. Try to go early in the morning when there are fewer tourists, and stroll up the hill along the historic streets to Kiyomizu-dera, one of the best tourist attractions in Kyoto.
The entire precinct of Kinkaku-ji Temple has been designated as an important historical building as part of the "Cultural Properties of the Ancient Capital, Kyoto" by UNESCO and is now one of the most famous temples in Kyoto.
Fushimi Inari Taisha enshrines the gods of agriculture and commerce and is one of the most visited shrines in the Kyoto area. What is most impressive here is a 2.5-mile-long path lined with thousands of vermilion torii gates.
This morning, leave Kyoto by Shinkansen train to the modern Japanese capital, Tokyo.
Settle down in your hotel and take a day off. You might enjoy relaxing on the green space near your hotel, strolling around the big department stores in Ginza, or visiting the restaurants and bars in Shinjuku. If you are a fan of anime, Akihabara Electric Town is sure to be to your liking.
By the way, if you want to enjoy the Tokyo Skytree and other Tokyo attractions in a more leisurely way, I recommend taking a boat tour and boarding the traditional Japanese houseboat, "Yakatabune", which is unique to the Sumida River in Tokyo!
The itinerary begins with a visit to Sensoji Temple, the oldest temple in Tokyo. Sensoji Temple is a historic and culturally rich temple, serving as an important window to understand Japanese national culture. When in Tokyo, of course, this charming place must not be missed.
Visit Meiji Shrine, which enshrines the spirit of Emperor Meiji. It covers an area of 70 hectares, with a wide variety of tall and lush trees, creating a serene environment. Due to its historical significance and beautiful surroundings, it has become a popular venue for traditional Japanese weddings.
The Imperial Palace of Japan is located in the central area of Tokyo and is the residence of the Emperor and his family. We can visit the East Garden, which are open to the public.
A trip to Japan without seeing Mount Fuji is incomplete, so today let's focus on this iconic mountain that represents Japan.
Today, you will take a 2.5-hour drive to the Fuji Five Lakes area to admire the beauty of Mount Fuji from different angles. Here, you will visit the Oshino Hakkai and Arakurayama Sengen Park.
After that, you can take a boat tour on Kawaguchiko Lake or ride the Fuji Panorama Cable Car to the observation deck. When you see the majestic Mount Fuji reflected in the lake calm water, you will surely be moved to capture this moment with your camera.
Today this trip to Japan is completed, say Sayonara to Japan!
Your private driver will take you to the airport on time according to your scheduled flight.
