Day 1  Tokyo Arrival

Welcome to Japan! Upon arrival in Tokyo, meet your driver at the airport and then take a private car to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for your own leisure.

 

Day 2  Tokyo Highlights

Start your tour of this charming city with a dedicated guide. Today, you will visit three main places: Meiji Shrine, Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, Sensoji temple and Nakamise Shopping Street .

 

The tour begins with a visit to Meiji Shrine, which is hidden in the forest in the heart of the city and has a serene environment. This shrine houses the spirit of Emperor Meiji and is a popular venue for traditional Japanese weddings.

Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden is Formerly a royal garden of Japan, spans Shinjuku and Shibuya wards. It is a large garden that combines Japanese and French garden styles, featuring vast lawns, trees and ponds.

 

Sensoji Temple is the oldest temple in Tokyo. The Nakamise Shopping Street in front of the temple is one of the oldest commercial streets in Japan and is very lively. Now it offers a variety of traditional snacks and rich and interesting souvenirs to people who come here.

 

 

Day 3  Tokyo to Fujiyoshida, Mt.Fuji Tour.

Ascend to the Fuji-Subaru Line 5th Station, where is situated at 2300 meters (7546 ft) above sea level. On this halfway up Mount Fuji, you will be amazed at spectacular, Breathtaking panoramic views above clouds.

 

Tenjozan Park Is located on the eastern shore of the Lake Kawaguchiko. You can reach the summit by taking the Fuji Panorama Cable Car. When the weather is clear, you can enjoy the stunning panoramic view of Mount Fuji and the Lake Kawaguchiko below. The cable car journey is 460 meters long and takes only a few minutes.

Arakurayama Sengen Park is one of the best spots to enjoy Mount Fuji. At the highest point of the park, you can capture the iconic mountain from an excellent angle. During the cherry blossom season, you can even photograph the three most representative symbols of Japan at the same time.

Wrap up today's tour in the late afternoon and take your private car back to Tokyo.

 

Day 4  Kyoto World Heritage Site.

This early morning, take the Shinkansen train to the ancient city of Kyoto. The whole journey will take about 2 and a quarter hours. If you want to enjoy the magnificent view of Mount Fuji, it is recommended that you sit in the right carriage. You can see it within about the first hour after departure.

 

The entire precinct of Kinkaku-ji Temple has been designated as an important historical building as part of the "Cultural Properties of the Ancient Capital, Kyoto" by UNESCO and is now one of the most famous temples in Kyoto.

Nijo Castle is one of the most famous historical buildings in Kyoto. It is surrounded by a high stone wall and moat that is 500 meters long from east to west and 400 meters long from north to south. Nijo Castle is the top cherry blossom viewing spot in Kyoto. The seasons when plum blossoms and chrysanthemums are in full bloom are also good times to visit.

Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine was built in the 8th century and is one of the most popular shrines in the Kyoto area. The most famous feature here is the dense forest of vermilion torii gates behind the main shrine.

  

Day 5  Stroll in the ancient district of Kyoto.

In the morning, accompanied by a local guide, we visit Kiyomizu-dera TempleThis iconic site in Kyoto is an excellent place for sightseeing.

 

The rest of the day is at your disposal. Kyoto is a thousand-year-old ancient city. In the heart of Kyoto, there are numerous historic buildings and charming old streetscapes that will leave a lasting impression. You can freely explore and visit them in Higashiyama District and Gion Area.

Day 6  Kyoto Picturesque Landscapes.

Head to the Arashiyama Mountain to capture the picturesque beauty of the Togetsukyo Bridge, an elegant wooden bridge spanning the Katsura River.

 Step into the Tenryuji Temple, a major Rinzai Zen temple complex featuring architectures and a garden designed by a master, it’s a peaceful place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Just north of the Tenryuji Temple is the Arashiyama Bamboo Grove. Walking along the winding path, surrounded by the gentle rustling of bamboo leaves, feel the serene atmosphere that has attracted visitors for hundreds of years.

There are many excellent restaurants by the Togetsukyo Bridge. After coming down from Arashiyama Mountain, having lunch at a riverside restaurant with beautiful scenery is a very nice choice.

After lunch, we set off by car for Nara.

 

Nara Park is very large, covering an area of over 660 hectares. Many famous historical sites are mostly located within the park. What is more well-known is that there are over 1,300 gentle and endearing Japanese sika deer living in the park, so Nara Park is also called Deer Park by the locals.

Among many ancient temples, Todaiji Temple is the one that must not be missed. It is the largest wooden structure in the world and also the home of the largest Buddha statue in Japan.

Back to Kyoto in the late afternoon.

 

Day 7  Discover the Themed Amusement Park.

Universal Studios Japan opened in 2001, is a is very popular place among children and teenagers. The park features a variety of family-friendly entertainment facilities, Japanese-themed cartoon characters, and is a movie-themed amusement park, divided into eight areas: New York, Hollywood, San Francisco, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, Water World, Amity Village, Universal Wonderland, and Jurassic Park.

Day 8  Osaka Castle, Aquarium,and Ferris Wheel.

Today's itinerary starts with Osaka Castle. The existing Osaka Castle was rebuilt on the site of the original Osaka Castle from 1620 to 1629. It is generally believed that the Donjon of Osaka Castle is a symbol of Japanese castles.

Osaka Castle Park is vast, and is surrounded by lush greenery. During the flower season each year, it attracts a large number of tourists.

 

Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan is one of the largest aquariums in the world and is famous for its huge whale sharks. The whale sharks swim freely in a giant tank that is 9 meters deep, 34 meters long and holds 5,400 tons of water.

 Next to it are the Tenpozan Park and the Tenpozan Ferris Wheel. This Ferris wheel has a diameter of 100 meters and a height of 112.5 meters. Riding the Ferris wheel, you can enjoy the magnificent coastal scenery of Osaka Port and the cityscape.

Day 9  Osaka More Discovery.

Today, lets take more time to explore Osaka, a charming leisure city known for its local cuisine and entertainment.

 

Kuromon Market, also known as "Namiya Restaurant", is called "Osaka's Kitchen". This market is a gathering place for seafood from the Seto-naikai Sea, fruits and dried goods. You should not miss this place to experience the local life of Osaka.

After lunch, you will embark on a very relaxing and pleasant journey. Take the very popular Osaka Aqua Liner to experience the scenery within the city of Osaka. The beautiful views along the way will allow you to fully appreciate the charm of Osaka, the water city.

The Umeda Sky Building is composed of Tower East and Tower West, with a circular sky garden observation deck connecting the tops of the two buildings. It is designed in an oval shape and stands 173 meters above the ground, offers a panoramic view of enter city.

  

Day 10  Departure from Osaka.

This is the end of your trip to Japan, your private driver will escort you to Osaka Kansai International Airport on time according to your scheduled flight.
