Day 1  Osaka Arrival

Welcome to Japan! Upon arrival in Osaka, meet your driver at the airport and then take a private car to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for your own leisure.


Day 2  Osaka Highlights

Start your tour of this charming city with a dedicated guide. Today, you will visit five main places: Osaka Castle, Nishinomaru Garden, Osaka Museum of Housing , Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan and Dotonbori.

Built in the 16th century, Osaka Castle is a magnificent symbol of Japan's feudal era. It not only offers breathtaking views of the city from its observation decks but also houses historical exhibits that showcase Osaka's rich past.

Nestled within the precincts of Osaka Castle, Nishinomaru Garden is a haven of tranquility. Filled with beautiful cherry blossoms in spring and colorful foliage in autumn, it provides a peaceful retreat from the bustling city.

The Osaka Museum of Housing takes visitors on a journey through the evolution of housing in Osaka. Through detailed displays and reconstructions, it gives insights into how people lived in different eras, from traditional wooden houses to modern apartments.

Renowned as one of the world's largest aquariums, Osaka Aquarium Kaiyukan offers an immersive marine experience. Home to a diverse range of sea creatures, from giant manta rays to playful otters, it's a must-visit for marine enthusiasts.

Day 3  Osaka-Universal Studios Japan

Universal Studios Japan, located in Osaka, is a world-class theme park brimming with excitement. It features thrilling rides inspired by popular movies like "Harry Potter" and "Jurassic Park", along with live shows and immersive experiences that delight visitors of all ages.

Day 4  Osaka- Hiroshima -Kyoto 

 Miyajima, also known as Itsukushima, is a scenic island in Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan. It is renowned for its natural beauty, with lush forests and stunning coastal views.

Itsukushima Shrine, located on Miyajima, is one of Japan's most famous and iconic shrines. It is famous for its large torii gate that appears to float on the water during high tide, creating a magical and unforgettable sight.

The Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum, also called the Genbaku Dome, is a powerful symbol of the impact of the atomic bombing in 1945. It stands as a solemn reminder of the horrors of World War II and the importance of peace.

The Atomic Bomb Dome, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, was the only building left standing near the hypocenter of the atomic blast in Hiroshima. Its skeletal remains are a haunting testament to the destructive power of the atomic bomb.

Day 5  Kyoto- Arashiyama- Kyoto 

Arashiyama Monkey Park is a unique destination in Kyoto. Here, visitors can observe Japanese macaques in their natural habitat, enjoying the lively interactions among the monkeys.

Fushimi Inari Shrine is one of Japan's most famous shrines, known for its thousands of red torii gates that line the paths up the mountain. These gates create a stunning and otherworldly sight.

Sagano Bamboo Grove in Kyoto is a place of breathtaking natural beauty. The tall, swaying bamboo stalks create a peaceful and serene environment, filled with the gentle rustling sounds of the bamboo.

Hanamikoji Street is a charming thoroughfare in Kyoto. Lined with traditional wooden houses, it gives visitors a taste of old-fashioned Japanese street life, with various shops, restaurants, and tea houses.

Togetsukyo Bridge is an iconic bridge in Arashiyama, Kyoto. Its elegant arch spans the Katsura River, providing a beautiful view of the surrounding natural scenery, especially during the cherry-blossom and autumn-foliage seasons.

Day 6  Kyoto- Nara - Tokyo

Kinkaku-ji Temple, also known as the Golden Pavilion, is in Kyoto. Its exterior is covered in gold leaf, shining brightly under the sun. This Zen Buddhist temple, surrounded by a beautiful pond and gardens, is a symbol of Japanese architecture and tranquility.

Nara Park is a vast public park. It's home to hundreds of deer that freely roam around. These friendly deer, considered sacred in Japanese culture, often approach visitors, making it a unique and interactive experience for tourists.

Todaiji Temple in Nara is one of Japan's largest and most significant Buddhist temples. It houses the world's largest bronze Buddha statue, Daibutsu. The temple's grand architecture and historical importance attract numerous pilgrims and tourists every year.

Day 7  Kyoto

Kyoto is a thousand-year-old ancient city where ancient temples and shrines are everywhere. Each historical site has its own characteristics and stories waiting for you to explore and discover. The Higashiyama District in Kyoto is an ancient urban area with numerous historical sites that are too many to count. Strolling along the ancient streets, visiting small shops and restaurants, you can have a great time and before you know it, time has flown by.

 

Day 8  Tokyo Highlights

Start your day at Meiji Jingu Shrine. This peaceful Shinto shrine, dedicated to the deified spirits of Emperor Meiji and his consort, Empress Shoken, is surrounded by a 17-hectare forest of over 100,000 trees. Walk along the gravel paths, pass through the large torii gates, and enjoy the tranquility away from the city's hustle and bustle.

Next, head to the Hachiko Statue. This famous bronze statue commemorates Hachiko, a loyal Akita dog. It's a popular meeting point in Shibuya, and you can feel the vibrant energy of the area while learning about this heartwarming story.

Explore KIDDY LAND - Harajuku, a paradise for lovers of cute and unique items. This multi-story store is filled with an array of Japanese character goods, from Sanrio characters to anime-themed toys. It's a great place to pick up some souvenirs.

Then, visit Sensoji Temple. One of Tokyo's oldest and most famous Buddhist temples, it's always bustling with activity. Admire the large red lantern at the entrance, and then wander through the temple grounds to soak in the religious and cultural atmosphere.

Walk along Nakamise Shopping Street, which leads to Sensoji Temple. The street is lined with over 90 shops selling traditional Japanese snacks, handicrafts, and souvenirs. You can sample some local treats like mochi and pick up unique gifts.

 

Board a Tokyo Bay Cruise. Enjoy the city's skyline as the sun sets. You'll get to see the illuminated buildings of Tokyo from a different perspective, creating a magical and romantic atmosphere.

As the cruise nears the end, you'll pass under the Rainbow Bridge. This iconic bridge, with its colorful lights at night, is a symbol of Tokyo too. Take some great photos of the bridge and the city lights as a perfect end to your day.

Day 9  The Reflection of Mount Fuji.

Depart from Tokyo early in the morning and head to Mt. Fuji 5th Station. This is one of the starting points for climbing Mount Fuji. Even if you don't plan to climb, the station offers magnificent views of the snow-capped peak. You can also visit the souvenir shops and enjoy the mountain air.

Next, take a short drive to Lake Kawagushiko. Board the Lake Cruise, where you can admire the beautiful scenery around the lake. The lake is surrounded by mountains, and on a clear day, you can have a great view of Mount Fuji reflecting on the calm lake surface.

After the cruise, head to the Mount Fuji Panoramic Ropeway. Take the ropeway up the mountain and enjoy the panoramic views of Mount Fuji, the surrounding mountains, and the lakes. There are also observation decks at the top, allowing you to take some amazing photos.

  

Day 10  Tokyo Free Day

On a Tokyo Free Day, kick-start your morning exploring the historic Asakusa area. Wander around Sensoji Temple, soaking in the ancient Buddhist atmosphere, and then stroll along Nakamise Shopping Street to sample local snacks and buy souvenirs.

In the afternoon, head to Shibuya, the trendy heart of Tokyo. Watch the famous Shibuya Crossing, explore high-end stores, and pop into unique cafes. As evening falls, enjoy a dinner with a view at a rooftop restaurant, perhaps in Roppongi, while taking in the dazzling city lights of Tokyo.

  

Day 11  Departure from Tokyo.
