Gyeonghuigung Palace, also known as Kyung Hee Palace, is located in the heart of Seoul, South Korea, to the southwest of Gyeongbokgung Palace and is quite close to it. It was a secondary palace of the late Joseon Dynasty and was once the residence of King Taejo, the founding monarch of the Joseon Dynasty.

The entire Changdeokgung Palace covers an area of 40.5 hectares, with the rear garden taking up 30 hectares.
